Role Overview:

As a Product Owner specializing in ML/AI, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. Your role will involve a thorough understanding of business implications, resource quantification, and the evaluation of technical solutions, all while focusing on insights driven by AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular requirements gathering sessions and develop use cases for ML/AI product strategies and deliverables.
  • Organize, oversee, and facilitate meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that documentation and information flow adhere to established processes, maintaining compliance with global standards.
  • Articulate a clear and compelling vision for ML/AI products to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product development lifecycle, emphasizing the continuous enhancement of AI models.
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively, communicating risks, enhancements, impacts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in application development, data analytics, or machine learning projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in formulating business and technical requirements to develop product roadmaps, particularly for ML/AI technologies.
  • Proficient in leading Scrum ceremonies and advocating for Agile best practices.
  • Experience with JIRA and ADO for backlog management and story grooming.
  • Strong knowledge of building cloud-ready solutions and leading cloud modernization initiatives on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance is preferred.
