Position Summary:
The AI Data Scientist is responsible for employing LLM (large language models) deep learning models with large data sets (numeric and text) from various sources to understand content and generate original content and automated reports.
What You'll Do:
- Adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, Data and IT policies, local regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP, etc.
- Contribute to and maintain company proprietary information library, CompanyChat, Github and variety of databases etc.
- Develop custom process automation software solutions (Using programming languages, machine learning and software engineering skills)
- Generate code documentation, testing reports, and user instructions
- Collaborate and coordinate with teammates across departments and geographies
What You'll Need:
- Ability to write code and build data queries in SQL
- Ability to use R or other coding tools for example Python, SQL, C, C+, Java, Typescript, Ruby etc.
- Utilize current and previous knowledge in a variety of current Large Language machine learning tools in software engineering.
- Create automated generative AI tools for larger numeric and text databases, to provide reports and inform on outcomes, trends and better solutions for future decision making.
- Ability to build complex macros within Excel to generate reports from large datasets.
- Experience using web development tools such as ChatGPT models, Git and Github or similar to build and design software experience.
Education and Experience:
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree (and higher) in AI Data Science, Math or Statistics within Computer Science
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with AI and LLM and data science
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
