Role Overview:

As a Product Owner specializing in ML/AI, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and implement advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. Your role will involve a thorough understanding of business implications, resource allocation, and evaluating technical solutions with a focus on AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular requirements analysis and develop use cases for ML/AI product strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation processes while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Articulate a clear and inspiring product vision for ML/AI projects to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Collect and integrate stakeholder feedback into the product development lifecycle, emphasizing continuous enhancement of AI models.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate risks, improvements, impacts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in application development, data analytics, or machine learning projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in developing business and technical requirements to formulate product roadmaps for ML/AI technologies.
  • Experience in leading Scrum ceremonies and advocating for Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in using JIRA and ADO for backlog management and story grooming.
  • Strong background in developing cloud-ready solutions or managing cloud modernization initiatives on platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance is preferred.
