Role Overview

As a Product Owner (ML/AI), you will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement advanced ML/AI solutions. Your role will involve a strategic approach to assessing business impacts, quantifying resources, and evaluating technical solutions with an emphasis on AI-driven insights. You will lead and engage in Scrum ceremonies, promoting Agile methodologies, and leverage your interpersonal skills to inspire collaboration towards shared objectives. You will be responsible for creating and managing a prioritized product backlog that includes features, user stories, and technical tasks, ensuring alignment with ML/AI objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular requirements gathering and develop use cases for ML/AI product roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Organize, manage, and facilitate internal and key stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure the flow of information and documentation adheres to established processes while complying with global standards and best practices.
  • Articulate a clear and compelling product vision for ML/AI initiatives to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Collect and integrate feedback from stakeholders into the product development lifecycle, focusing on the continuous enhancement of AI models.
  • Engage with stakeholders, communicating risks, enhancements, impacts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in application development, data analytics, machine learning, or data-centric projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to delivery.
  • Experience in developing business and technical requirements to create product roadmaps, particularly for ML/AI technologies.
  • Proven background in leading Scrum ceremonies and advocating for Agile best practices.
  • Proficient in using JIRA and ADO for story grooming and backlog management.
  • Strong knowledge of building cloud-ready solutions and/or leading cloud modernization initiatives on AWS or Azure is essential.
  • Technical expertise in programming languages such as Python and/or reporting tools like Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance is preferred.
