ML Talent Strategies is a leader in the aquatic design and manufacturing sector, focusing on renovation and construction within the commercial swimming pool and aquatic facilities industry. With decades of expertise, we excel in creating advanced PVC and stainless-steel pool systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project handoff discussions with sales personnel to fully understand the design specifications for each project.
  • Examine architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper coordination between our products and the overall project.
  • Interpret complex sketches and notes to strategize the most effective methods for developing and finalizing models and drawings with managerial support.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings with stakeholders including pool owners, contractors, and engineers/architects.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to guarantee timely delivery of design work as prioritized by the Design Director.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive parts library to accommodate both standard and custom design needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding project progress, deadlines, and challenges.
  • Regularly update the design log to provide visibility to the team on design status and timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of design experience using CAD and Revit software.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in swimming pool design or complex metal fabrication.
  • Strong comprehension of commercial construction drawings with the ability to navigate and identify specific details.
  • Proficient in using BIM software to create both 2D drawings and 3D models.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt within a specialized industry.
