Role Summary:

The Lead Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for transforming intricate business challenges into actionable strategies through engaging presentations and insightful data visualizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and interpreting business challenges at the nexus of data, technology, and operational processes.
  • Overseeing projects through all phases of the project management lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

  • Creating impactful data visualizations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Minimum of six years of experience in a business analysis, consultancy, or related role within technology or governmental sectors.

Required Skills:

  • Project management expertise, including familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and problem-solving within a consultative environment, particularly with large, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong capability to identify and analyze business challenges involving data, technology, and processes.
  • Experience leading discussions and workshops with diverse stakeholders, projecting a confident executive presence.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality, executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling data visuals.
  • Quick learning agility and adaptability to new systems and concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior involvement in large-scale software or technical projects within governmental frameworks.
  • Experience in large enterprise or complex organizational settings.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
