Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN

Role Overview: As a Product Owner specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement cutting-edge ML/AI solutions. Your role will involve assessing business impacts, quantifying resources, and recommending technical solutions that leverage AI-driven insights. You will play a key role in Agile methodologies, leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular requirements gathering sessions and develop use cases for ML/AI product roadmaps.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that documentation and information flow adhere to compliance standards and best practices.
  • Articulate a clear product vision for ML/AI initiatives to both the development team and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product development lifecycle, focusing on continuous enhancement of AI models.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate risks, enhancements, impacts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in application development, data analytics, or machine learning projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to delivery.
  • Experience in developing business and technical requirements to formulate product roadmaps, particularly in ML/AI technologies.
  • Proficient in leading Scrum ceremonies and advocating for Agile best practices.
  • Experienced in using JIRA and ADO for backlog management and story grooming.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-ready solutions and experience with cloud modernization projects on platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Technical expertise in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, or Finance is preferred.
