- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain accurate production worksheets and waste logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment.
- Store, label, and date food items in compliance with company policies.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to guarantee food safety and quality.
- Take customer orders and prepare items with quick turnaround times.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Complete orders from various service stations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous culinary experience is essential for this role. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service.
