Position Overview

This is a full-time position responsible for assisting the culinary team in various food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the culinary team in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • Follow established health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
  • Support the line cooks and chefs during service by ensuring timely delivery of prepped ingredients and maintaining stock levels.
  • Assist in setting up and stocking the kitchen stations for daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and provide assistance wherever needed.
Requirements
