Position Overview:
Assist management in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract renewals, coordinating logistics, performing data entry, and procuring shop supplies.
- Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for leasing purposes
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for assets and prepare corporate lease agreements
- Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles
- Maintain accurate inspection records and customer appointment schedules
- Oversee maintenance and repair operations
- Organize inventory of parts and supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
Collaboration and Communication:
Must possess strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills.
