Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dining ware, including plates, utensils, and glassware, are impeccably clean and ready for service.
- Provide essential support to chefs, serving staff, and bartenders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout kitchen facilities.
- This position does not include supervisory duties.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
- Engage in sustainability initiatives, including recycling and waste reduction, to promote environmental stewardship.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring a secure workplace for all team members and a safe experience for guests.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to guests, colleagues, and vendors.

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to regularly lift 10-15 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to resolve issues as they arise.
- Capability to stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
