Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our Inside Sales Representative team in driving revenue growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with a strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee and manage the Inside Sales Representative team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Coaching and Training: Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team reaches their full potential.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has 4+ years of experience in a similar role. A BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, are also essential.
