Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Liaison to join our team at HandCraft Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their skills in account management and customer service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at each assigned facility to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Conduct regular site visits, address client inquiries, and document visit outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate expertise in HandCraft's products and services, providing tailored recommendations to clients as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through education, consultation, and individual support to assigned accounts.
  • Engage with customers upon sale of new contracts, facilitating seamless installations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Promote linen/scrub quality/quantity optimization, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Escalate and follow up on unresolved service issues with customers, management, transportation, and production as required.
  • Foster best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform regular inventory scans using RFID technology.
  • Negotiate and renew client contracts, identifying opportunities for new business and product additions.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented role, with account management background preferred.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and handle occasional conflicts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relations Software packages.
  • An adaptability to grow with a dynamic market, as new clients are regularly added.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • A High School Diploma or GED; a College Degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
