Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) expert to join our team as a Senior HRIS Consultant. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions that align with HR and payroll objectives, as well as establishing technology policies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in roles involving integrated software solutions, such as business analysis, software configuration, testing, and end-user support. UKGpro Enterprise experience is essential, along with strong training skills and a background in supporting operations across multiple locations.

In this role, you will oversee system requirements, build queries, and develop reports to support business objectives. You will also ensure accuracy in HR and payroll data, focusing on the UltiPro system, and provide user training and assist in creating training guides and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technology solutions that align with HR and payroll objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in roles involving integrated software solutions
