Human Resources Manager

The Workforce Development Council of Seattle King County seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead HR functions and contribute to organizational goals. Located in the heart of Seattle, our organization fosters transformative change in workforce development systems, emphasizing racial equity.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee multiple HR functions, including policies and procedures, employee relations, benefit administration, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will ensure effective implementation of HR strategies to support organizational growth, employee development, and workforce sustainability.
This position is ideal for a highly resourceful team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works under pressure, and remains flexible, proactive, and efficient. A high level of integrity and discretion are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually, DOE, along with outstanding benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid holidays, and vacation/sick pay accrual.
