**Job Overview**

Flux Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Specialist to join our Inland Northwest Water Resources team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of assignments related to habitat restoration, fish passage, floodplain analysis, and storm water management for transportation projects.

We offer a flexible 9/80 work schedule, competitive salary range of $91,500-$158,080 depending on location and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, 6 or more years of experience applying hydrologic and hydraulic computer programs, and licensed Professional Engineer status. Experience leading project teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with clients and public agencies is beneficial.
