Human Resources Generalist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The Field Roast Grain Meat Company. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for hourly staff, including prescreening, selection, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, address conflicts and concerns, and provide support for performance management.
- Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary ranging from $78,500 to $86,000 annually, DOE.
