Job Summary

The Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management serves as a key leader in driving the university's enrollment strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to achieve enrollment and financial stability.

This role oversees the offices of Enrollment Marketing, Financial Aid, Graduate Admissions, Institutional Research, and Undergraduate Admissions, ensuring a cohesive approach to attracting and retaining students.

The successful candidate will provide strategic vision to key university partners, promoting a culture of mutual support and collaboration to achieve enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a strategic enrollment management plan, collaborating with senior leadership to establish and achieve enrollment goals, and leveraging data analytics and market research to drive informed decision-making.

The Vice President will also serve as the President's primary liaison for all matters related to enrollment, providing leadership to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Chief Data Officer, and other key staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a strategic enrollment management plan that aligns with the institution's mission, goals, and market position.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve enrollment goals that support the institution's academic and financial objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to drive informed decision-making and enhance enrollment strategies.
  • Provide leadership to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Chief Data Officer, and other key staff members.
  • Manage the division's operating budget and personnel budgets, as well as the institution's grant and scholarship student aid programs.
