About CINQCARE

CINQCARE is a provider-led, community-based health and care partner dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those who need care the most. With a deep commitment to Black and Brown communities, our local physicians, nurses, and caregivers work together to serve people and the communities they live in, beyond just treating symptoms. We remove barriers by delivering personalized care as close to home as possible, often in-home, because we know a deep understanding of our Family Members' race, culture, and environment is critical to delivering improved health outcomes. By empowering Family Members, providers, and caregivers with the support they need, we strive to make health and care a reality, not a burden, every single day.

About the Job

The Senior Manager, Business and Strategic Policy Development (Senior Manager, BSPD) reports to the Chief Strategy Officer, with accountability for providing strategy, judgment, project management, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to influence decisions and directly meet CINQCARE strategic requirements. The Senior Manager should embody CINQCARE's core values, including: Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative, and Community-Minded.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead market research initiatives to support the development of new market and product opportunities, and expansion of existing markets and products. This includes conducting on-the-ground assessments of opportunities and identifying community-based partners and potential approaches for collaboration.
  2. Develop product and market strategy presentations for internal and external use, as well as other supportive material such as high-level new business pro forma analyses in coordination with the CINQCARE Health Economics group.
  3. Conduct public policy research relating to Medicare, Medicaid, duals, the disabled, and Exchanges/Market Place programs at the state and federal level to identify and solidify new opportunities.
  4. Coordinate with other CINQCARE departments, including those focused on government relations and CINQCARE AI, regarding the development of new tools and methods of using data to help better engage and communicate at the community level.
  5. Research and provide insight into new care and value-based model developments occurring in inpatient and post-acute care and other areas to include emerging alternative sites of care and in-home models, and how these models might be deployed to support underserved communities, whether in urban or rural areas.
Leadership, Strategy, Collaboration, Knowledge, and Culture

The Senior Manager will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value, including coordinating across CINQCARE departmental teams, as applicable, to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes. The Senior Manager will assist in developing and refining the CINQCARE strategy and roadmap, improve outcomes for the people CINQCARE serves, enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE business divisions, and develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Senior Manager will help define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive success of the Company. The Senior Manager will ensure that the capabilities developed form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the objectives of CINQCARE. The Senior Manager will provide and develop subject matter expertise in the Medicaid, Medicare, Exchanges, and dual eligible solutions areas, including determining and recommending approaches for mitigating risk solution deployment and performance evaluation. The Senior Manager is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment for the team and as part of the larger Company.
