Job Summary

The Director/Senior Director of Admissions will be a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who can drive enrollment growth and excellence in admissions. This role requires a strong understanding of admissions processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet enrollment goals and improve admissions processes.
  2. Lead and manage a team of admissions professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with university leadership to create a marketing plan that promotes The Chicago School's programs and attracts top talent.
  4. Build relationships with institutional directors, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Monitor and analyze admissions data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve student satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of five years' experience in admissions, with progressive growth in leadership roles.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  5. Valid driver's license and personal car required.
What We Offer

The Chicago School offers a competitive salary range of $81,900 - $110,000, plus additional compensation factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement plan with employer contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
