As a Human Resources Coordinator and Executive Support, you will deliver extensive administrative assistance to the Human Resources division and the executive leadership team. This position encompasses a combination of HR responsibilities and executive support, aimed at fostering smooth operations and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate job advertisements, evaluate candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
2. Assist newly hired personnel with all necessary onboarding documentation.
3. Provide high-level administrative assistance to executive personnel, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
4. Undertake additional tasks within the Human Resources department as required.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Environment:
All duties will be performed in an office setting.
Educational Requirements:
An Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent detail-oriented skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Competence in maintaining precise records.
Compensation:
$20-$23 per hour
