Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Executive Office and Human Resource Department at Highgate Hotels Corporate Office in TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EVP, SVP of HR, and VP of Talent Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including processing paperwork, submitting IT tickets, and updating HR contact lists.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain employee files and records.
  • Book travel arrangements for executives and candidates, and schedule onsite and over-the-phone interviews.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Corporate Receptionist and answer phone calls and take messages.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Heavy travel booking experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superior customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to executives and employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
