Overview:

Delivers expert assistance in various human resources functions. Effectively communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs. Manages daily HR operations, including the upkeep of employee records. Engages in the development of HR policies and programs in collaboration with senior consultants and other HR personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates as a team member to enhance HR practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal achievement, along with the recruitment and retention of a talented workforce.
  • Serves as the Administrator for the recognition platform, addressing inquiries, processing points requests, and awarding recognition for outstanding associates.
  • Participates in quarterly discussions, generating communications related to employee satisfaction, seasonal greetings, and more.
  • Generates reports as required.
  • Oversees and manages recognition programs, including the selection process for outstanding associates.
  • Works closely with Recognition Champions to ensure timely and effective execution of recognition initiatives at each facility.
  • Coordinates and oversees service award events, including campus celebrations and annual gatherings.
  • Tracks, organizes, and schedules recognition events for retirements and other significant occasions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
