Delivers expert assistance for human resources-related functions. Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs effectively. Manages daily operations for human resources, including the upkeep of employee records. Engages in the development of HR policies and programs in collaboration with senior consultants and other HR personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates as a team member to advance Human Resource practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal achievement, along with the recruitment and retention of a top-tier workforce.
- Serves as the Administrator for the recognition platform, addressing inquiries, processing points requests, and awarding points for various recognitions.
- Participates in quarterly calls, generating communications for patient satisfaction, holiday greetings, and more.
- Generates reports as required.
- Oversees and coordinates recognition programs, including nominations and campus selections for various awards.
- Works closely with Campus Recognition Champions to provide support and ensure timely execution of recognition programs at each facility.
- Coordinates and manages service award celebrations, including campus events and annual banquets.
- Tracks, organizes, and schedules recognition events for retirements and other celebrations such as Hospital Week and holiday gatherings.
