Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates as a team member to advance Human Resource practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal achievement, along with the recruitment and retention of a top-tier workforce.
  • Serves as the Administrator for the recognition platform, addressing inquiries, processing points requests, and awarding points for various recognitions.
  • Participates in quarterly calls, generating communications for patient satisfaction, holiday greetings, and more.
  • Generates reports as required.
  • Oversees and coordinates recognition programs, including nominations and campus selections for various awards.
  • Works closely with Campus Recognition Champions to provide support and ensure timely execution of recognition programs at each facility.
  • Coordinates and manages service award celebrations, including campus events and annual banquets.
  • Tracks, organizes, and schedules recognition events for retirements and other celebrations such as Hospital Week and holiday gatherings.

Qualifications:
