Job Title: Vice President-Staffing Sales

At CodeForce 360, we are seeking an experienced Vice President-Staffing Sales to lead our contingent workforce solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in staffing sales, with a deep understanding of organizational procurement structures and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance, and Healthcare staffing, with a focus on expanding our presence in the contingent workforce market.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing MSP accounts, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging industry recognized CRM tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Travel: Travel up to 80% of the time, with a preference for candidates based in the Atlanta area.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in staffing sales, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Deep understanding of organizational procurement structures, including Chief Procurement Officer, Contingent Workforce Category Manager, MSP Program Manager, and MSP Supplier Manager.
  • Experience working with MSP partners, such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of industry recognized CRM tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg.
  • Ability to manage P&L for MSP accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
