Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive at Ficus Education in Alpharetta, GA, with flexibility for remote work. Must be located in the metro-Atlanta area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling employer-sponsored higher education benefits, building relationships with business leaders and expanding the network of customers. Sales leads will be generated through individual outbound effort, inbound sales leads and networking.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales in the restaurant or hospitality industry a plus
  • Knowledge of Education benefits
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • 5-7 years sales experience, with the ability to demonstrate consistent success in achieving quota.
