Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage departmental tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including answering phone calls, resolving issues, and routing information requests.
  • Coordinate daily tenant transactions, maintain fund management records, and assist with unlicensed activity.
  • Prepare and deliver move-in and move-out correspondence to tenants, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies and order as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative support function is beneficial.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
