We are currently in search of a qualified Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role requires an active Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track warehouse inventory.
  • Manage communications regarding warehouse inventory.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks within the warehouse environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to leadership at the location.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License (willingness to serve as a backup driver for equipment delivery as needed).
  • Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly identify issues and collaborate with other teams when necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet established deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
  • Positive, motivated, and adaptable individual who can handle change and stressful situations.
  • Effective communicator with team members, management, and government clients.
  • Willingness to research and devise innovative solutions to unique challenges with minimal supervision.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Maintain focus and awareness during working hours.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Quickly learn and retain routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, grammar proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations will be provided for employees with disabilities if requested.
