Your Role As the Air Logistics Gateway and Procurement is responsible for timely, cost-effective movement of air export logistics managed by the Air Logistics Gateway department as directed by you and the Manager. The position is responsible for processing of Master Air Waybill consolidations, set trade-lanes encompassing all aspects of the Actual Time Arrival process. Your Responsibilities
  • You provide
    excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data
    integrity
  • Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export
    consolidations
  • Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the
    region
  • Arrange bookings with carriers; optimize cargo consolidations
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery to the airport, constant communication
    with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process
  • Track & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve
    service irregularities
  • Support pricing team on rate quotes
  • Report to Area Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm

Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience Air Logistics experience for a 3pl OR with an Air Carrier
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Knowledgeable of export regulations
