Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to warehousing, material handling, and shipping.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures.
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in IT logistics, with lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify IT materials and validate specific IT parts for comparison to government materials requests.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with government requests for IT materials.
  • Ability to brief status of IT Logistics at a senior staff level.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
