Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Shipments: Unload, assess, and confirm incoming deliveries, ensuring precision and quality prior to storage or processing.
  • Inventory Oversight: Systematically organize and uphold inventory within the warehouse, including accurate labeling, tracking, and replenishment of goods.
  • Order Processing: Select, package, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Examine products for any defects or damages and communicate any concerns to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move, load, and unload items.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure a tidy, organized, and secure working environment by adhering to company safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with fellow warehouse personnel and other departments to guarantee smooth operations and prompt order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics capacity is advantageous but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to [insert weight] lbs, and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and walking for extended durations.
