**Salary Range:** $68,000 - $82,000 - $102,000

Corus International is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics and warehouse operations for the Quilt & Kit Ministries. This role involves managing the supply chain, inventory, and transportation of goods and materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a domestic logistics strategy to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods and materials.
  • Manage relationships with warehouses, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and materials.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and key leaders to collect and transport goods and materials.
  • Handle fieldwork projects, including driving trucks for collections and deliveries.
  • Document and report inventory data to ensure accurate tracking and management of goods and materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in logistics management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and truck driving certification.
  • At least five years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with office computer systems and databases.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Strong social-emotional intelligence and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

**Working Conditions:**

This position requires 30% travel, with heavier travel during peak seasons. The Logistics Manager must be comfortable with sitting/driving for extended periods and be able to lift and unload boxes up to 50 pounds.
