About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Enterprises. As a Logistics Coordinator for Incoming and Outgoing Goods, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Process all administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing goods, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Truck and Container Control: Monitor and control truck and container movements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Loading Orders and Inventory Management: Record and process loading orders in DLSS, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Time Slot and Document Control: Verify time slots and truck delivery documents to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • SAP R/3 and Inconso Integration: Process orders and manage inventory levels using SAP R/3 and Inconso systems.
  • Customs Information and Freight Documents: Input customs information and create freight documents as required.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Liaise with customers, forwarding companies, and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting: Conduct daily inventory counts and enter data into the CMS system.
  • Dispatching and Shipping: Coordinate the dispatching of empty and full goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Completed training as a forwarding agent or equivalent experience.
