About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at HOK Group, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across various phases, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Foster a collaborative working relationship with the Project Leadership Team, participate in and/or lead multiple project teams, and assist senior management in developing and validating project scope and fee, budget, and scope of services.
  • Client Interface: Maintain client relationships throughout the project, keep clients informed of project progress, and initiate and maintain contact with other key project individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Business Development: Participate in developing annual business plans, identify new business opportunities, and assist in the development of fee proposals for marketing proposals.
  • Staff Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff, define staff requirements for projects, and make recommendations to senior management for staff promotions/terminations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 years' experience in architectural practice with prior management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
  • Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred, if licensure is offered in your region.
  • NCARB registration preferred.
  • LEED AP or GA required within 6 months of employment.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location, with a reasonably expected annual salary range of $140,000 to $170,000.
