Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Construction Project Leader to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage high-end residential projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource distribution.
2. Supervise all stages of the construction process, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality benchmarks.
3. Coordinate and lead construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are executed as planned.
4. Regularly assess work progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary.
5. Prepare comprehensive status reports on project performance for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in construction.
7. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to finalize project specifications.
8. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure beneficial agreements.
9. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and address potential challenges.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the construction field.
3. Proven track record with luxury residential projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety guidelines.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools.
8. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
10. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
