Job Title: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge and Content Creation: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to create educational and engaging content, positioning ourselves as the trusted voice and educator for our customers.
  • Solution-Driven Sales: Collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve with customers and develop new woven wire mesh products and customer-specific solutions.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct visits to potential customers to grow relationships and gain deeper insights into their challenges and feedback.
  • Sales and Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively identifying new sales opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue, and closing deals to drive company revenue.

This role is integral to our commitment to customer success and revenue growth. As a key member of our Revenue Team, the Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to attracting new business, customer education, engagement, and continuous delight.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable technical training with further commercial training/experience.
  • Previous experience in B2B customer service, sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Willingness to spend extended time in Germany during the familiarization phase.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and across North America as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and develop strategies for growth.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • A passion for customer success and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
