Compensation: $2,000 Fixed Monthly + Performance Bonuses + Commissions (5% of Gross Profit per Closed Deal)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert seller leads into appointments.
  • Consistently nurture leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, texts, and emails, ensuring effective communication and integration into the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled.
  • Develop lasting relationships with homeowners by providing customized solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Collect comprehensive and relevant information from prospects to ensure they qualify to advance through the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Maintain and enhance our advanced CRM system to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
  • Effectively manage lead lists for optimal organization and oversight.
  • Participate actively in sales team meetings and scheduled training sessions.
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including setting a minimum of 5 appointments per week, targeting 100+ daily calls, and achieving at least 1 hour of talk time.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette and relationship-building abilities.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
  • Previous experience in relevant real estate positions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for real estate sales and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain performance independently.
