Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Engage customers on our rewards program, private label credit cards, and other promotions
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain a well-merchandised store
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, and carrying
  • Ability to access high shelves and lift heavy boxes
