Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-to-sale system.
  • Utilize the POS system to assist with new membership cards, change of address, and billing or payment questions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
