Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Center Specialist to join our team at First Federal Savings Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our banking products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires sitting for extended periods, close visual acuity, and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
