Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our chiropractic office in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour and includes a variety of responsibilities:

  • Back office duties such as setting up patients on therapies and performing treatments
  • Front office tasks including patient check-in/check-out, phone answering, and scheduling
  • Database management, claim handling, and paperwork creation/filing
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff members

A high school diploma or equivalent and previous office experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also necessary. Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
