Role Overview: This position entails a comprehensive evaluation of specific International Treasury Management offerings, focusing on Salesforce and external client interactions. The primary goal is to gain a thorough understanding of the current implementation and customer onboarding workflows, while identifying enhancement opportunities to improve overall client satisfaction and expedite the initial transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess training and experience in Project Management and Process Enhancement.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to define, map, and analyze workflows, with experience in methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Show strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and team facilitation abilities, presenting complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships across various organizational levels to drive results.
  • Possess a solid understanding of project management principles and team dynamics, with experience in a project-driven environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Demonstrated experience in identifying ongoing process enhancement opportunities and designing optimal solutions to boost customer satisfaction, minimize operational costs, enhance product quality, and increase productivity.

Analytical Skills:

Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, with experience in collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing diverse data sources to uncover patterns and root causes.

Collaboration with Leadership:

Work alongside leadership to develop solution sets, evaluate alternatives, and create business cases for proposed process changes, technology upgrades, staffing adjustments, and structural modifications.

Execution Facilitation:

Lead the implementation of solutions aimed at eliminating waste and non-value-added activities from existing processes.

Cost/Benefit Analysis:

Proven experience in conducting thorough cost/benefit analyses.

Strategy Design:

Participate in the formulation and execution of both simple and complex strategies focused on continuous improvement.

  • Develop and design reports and presentations as required for leadership review.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with International Treasury Management products is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of understanding organizational dynamics and navigating culture effectively to achieve objectives.
