Job Overview:

  • The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and enterprise systems within the Global Customer Services sector.
  • This position emphasizes understanding user interactions with systems to facilitate sales, installations, and ongoing support.
  • Core technologies utilized include Salesforce and SAP ECC/CRM. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and team members, you will contribute to solving complex challenges through innovative technological solutions.
  • This role offers opportunities for mentorship and training from industry experts, aiding your development as a systems analyst and project manager.
  • Daily Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project managers and product owners to effectively execute Salesforce and SAP projects while supporting user environments.
  • Provide initial triage on new support cases and assist in identifying business requirements for Salesforce and SAP environments.
  • Submit break/fix tickets and system enhancement requests as a primary responsibility.
  • Participate in an agile delivery team, releasing monthly enhancements for users.
  • Assist users in navigating systems and addressing inquiries. Critical thinking, teamwork, and readiness to contribute are essential attributes.

Required Experience:

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and tasks with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field is highly desirable (Bachelor's degree can substitute for 3 years of related experience).
  • Experience in complex enterprise software environments.
  • Experience in gathering system requirements from diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in agile methodology environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Agile-Scrum and/or Project Management certifications.
  • Experience in global healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Salesforce admin certification.
