Your tasks will include:
- Managing data integrity and system operations across various business platforms, including auditing and rectifying data quality issues on a large scale.
- Collaborating with program managers and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and devise sophisticated solutions.
- Diagnosing and resolving existing system challenges on a daily basis.
- Continuously assessing and pinpointing deficiencies in our current codebase to create solutions that enhance extensibility.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Providing mentorship to junior administrators and offering guidance on best practices.
Required Qualifications
While not all candidates will possess skills that align perfectly with the job description, Twilio values diverse experiences from various sectors, and we encourage all who meet the essential qualifications to apply.
- 5-8 years of experience in implementation (design, configuration, deployment, lightning flows).
- Proven ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing Salesforce projects from start to finish, ensuring effective implementation and user engagement.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Developer.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in debugging and troubleshooting within Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and capable of independently managing and developing smaller scale projects.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Experience in maintaining comprehensive system documentation.
- Knowledge of configuration best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in designing or developing on Salesforce (Apex).
- Experience in handling and managing large datasets.
- Industry experience in automating and auditing extensive volumes of data.
- Proficient in developing Lightning Components in Salesforce Lightning.
