Overview:

We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:
The Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) plays a crucial role in managing the client experience from initial contact through ongoing care. This position involves:

  • Collaborating with the office support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and allocation of caregiver assignments based on client needs and caregiver expertise.
  • Facilitating effective communication between caregivers and clients to ensure all care requirements are met.
  • Identifying and addressing any client concerns promptly to maintain high-quality service.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the demands of potential clients.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in client care scheduling.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a background check.
