Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

As a successful Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers in your assigned field territories
  • Engaging and educating customers about the benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services
  • Crafting customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements
  • Selling in the field and delivering mind-blowing sales presentations that showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services
  • Closing deals and ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life
  • Completing all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision
  • Providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to turn customers into lifelong advocates
  • Collaborating with your fellow sales dynamos to conquer collective goals
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets and quotas

Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide customers with the best possible solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish with proficiency certification verified by required testing
  • A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
  • Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $33,696.00-$48,137.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
