Job Summary

As a Door to Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, and driving sales growth through your expertise and passion for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and craft personalized telecom packages that exceed their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements in the telecom industry, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop a compelling sales pitch that showcases the value and benefits of our products and services, and effectively address customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize your negotiation skills to close sales agreements, ensuring that customers are satisfied and committed to our solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your sales team to achieve collective goals, share best practices, and drive sales growth.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to personal and team success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring that all interactions with customers are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and ability to work independently.
