Job Summary

As a Door to Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs, and building strong relationships to drive long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Documentation and Administration: Accurately complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, drive sales growth, and achieve collective goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
  • Essential Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
