Position Overview: We are seeking an Event Specialist to enhance our 3 Sisters team. This role is essential for the successful planning and execution of events where 3 Sisters is involved. The Event Specialist will work closely with the Event Coordinator and is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Event Coordinator in managing daily operations related to various events.
  • Ensure timely inventory management, delivery, and setup for all scheduled events.
  • Exhibit professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of 3 Sisters.
  • Maintain organized inventory records for 3 Sisters.
  • Evaluate event success and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Handle sales inquiries effectively.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales trips, providing thorough follow-up reports.
  • Communicate client needs accurately to internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Keep activity and rate information current for each account.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain schedules.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Capability to complete and submit reports accurately.
