About the Role

HNTB is seeking a skilled Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for writing and leading proposal and interview preparation for key strategic and complex pursuits in the Southeast Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Coordinate, write, and lead qualification packages, proposals, and leave-behind materials for pursuits. Collaborate with technical staff and write, review, and edit content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.
  • Pursuit Strategy: Work with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing research and industry business intelligence.
  • Presentation Phase: Organize and lead technical staff in the presentation phase of the pursuit, including coaching.
  • Pursuit Strategy Meetings: Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings.
  • Client Service: Support client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings.
  • Public Relations: May coordinate division public relations activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for the division newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other special PR-related projects.
Requirements
  • In lieu of degree, 8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of AEC proposal experience.
